I think you need to write a post about things you've done right, things you want, and how you are going to move on and accomplish them. As important as self-awareness is to both our well-being, and getting along with our loved ones, it also has its shadow. It provides a much needed check on our self-awareness.
You do it behind a curtain with shadows, giving hints of it, but not giving too much detail. This allows them to accomplish a lot while putting things in perspective and maintaining a positive outlook about the grind along the way. When you talk about your family, coworkers, friends. You are one of the best at doing doing this.
That is the only way we get to our goals, the only way the tortoise beats the hare in the race, the only way that we can look back and be so proud of our accomplishments. You've accomplished a lot. in my opinion; most people do not own nor recognize their "shadow" selves.and so disown their anger/frustration etc.
That I didn't accomplish that goal is on me, for not being diligent enough to follow my initial vision to completion. But I remember distinctly the argument most used against my dropping out: That once you dropped out of college, you never went back.
Now the nation with the most powerful military in world history seems to be afraid of its own shadow and any dissent or disagreement. with remarks to “just ignore it” but what this accomplishes really is to keep the facts covered over and simmering on the back burner. Perhaps we can stop this idiocy and really accomplish something.
