As important as self-awareness is to both our well-being, and getting along with our loved ones, it also has its shadow. The solution made me feel the ground, which made me not clumsy, which made me confident, which propelled me toward the right one just around the corner. It provides a much needed check on our self-awareness.
" Speaking from experience, it was the realization that ending this particular mind-state/personality view at this particular time and place was not going to be any kind of lasting solution to fixing the ultimate reality that needed fixing. You do it behind a curtain with shadows, giving hints of it, but not giving too much detail.
Because for some reason, a feasible solution is usually included with the "why," a bit like getting that second ShamWow for free. in my opinion; most people do not own nor recognize their "shadow" selves.and so disown their anger/frustration etc. I think what "people" want is solutions.
