That is the only way we get to our goals, the only way the tortoise beats the hare in the race, the only way that we can look back and be so proud of our accomplishments. You've accomplished a lot. in my opinion; most people do not own nor recognize their "shadow" selves.and so disown their anger/frustration etc.

This allows them to accomplish a lot while putting things in perspective and maintaining a positive outlook about the grind along the way. When you talk about your family, coworkers, friends. You are one of the best at doing doing this.
