That's where network marketing can be a benefit to those that seek to be self-employed but lack the experience or training. I keep a spreadsheet of ideas.
Those things can be reinforced in school but the bulk of it is developed at home in my opinion. The trick is to develop a toolkit of questions large enough to accommodate all listening habits.
