Write about how to find autonomy at work, about the farmer, about how to network and build a community. Keeping one's critical thinking capacity on all the time – not hiding it behind laws or rules of polite discourse – is key to doing anything different or better. I think LinkedIn is way too restrictive.

And Jeremy Owyang, from Forrester Research reports that, "In approximately two years social networks will be more powerful than corporate web sites. Brands will serve community interests and grow based on community advocacy."
