And how about a braided career? Once you are drama free, you could actually focus on accomplishing more goals.
You're accomplishing herculean tasks few women ever think of attempting. Since you don't have a husband and you have your own career, I think it's fair to allow yourself a little extra help in the morning. Ask yourself if you're doing the right things to accomplish this, not whether you measure up to June Cleaver.

I think too often we are so worried about accomplishing as many tasks as we can that we don't focus enough on the task that is right in front of us. As are many of your post titles that ostensibly have something to do with career advice. I have been reading your old posts about happiness, it's relation to career, money etc.
Which is good because it’s a cost center, which means there are no line manager positions in HR, so it’s a dangerous career move for everyone. My career as a workplace genius is not over. And anyway, my career was never built on me being conventional. Penelope, your true and accomplished voice at this time is writing.

the career stuff is ok, but it feels like you write that when you are being boxed in by those around you. Write about how you have been successful in your career despite your Aspergers, although I think you might not like this because as you mentioned in a previous post, it would glorify the abnormal. And your life is redemptive.

You might be sick of hearing about my company here, but, you might also be happy to know that I’ve accomplished that goal, too.
I definitely struggle with moving too fast and trying too accomplish too much, always on the go. Each day I make a list of three things to accomplish (on the really stuck days that can include things like having a healthy lunch) and at the end of the day revisit. So many things to accomplish, so many ideas to work on.

Many of my students have gone on to extremely successful art careers. And I really miss saying fuck.

Most people with Asperger’s, even if they are geniuses at, say, engineering (which is very common ) get in trouble mid-career for lack of social skills. Or just continue to pity them all, no matter how much they accomplish in life? I hate the glorification of abnormal. It’s not fun or glamorous. She also drinks a lot.
