I was a Perfectionist in the positive form – an Optimalist – a perfectionist working hard with realistic high goals and still having a balance in my life. Micro-managing when she was working on a task. By accepting ourselves, we are more likely to be in the best mindset and heart-set to change (Ben – Shahar 2009).
