The problem was that in my desire to wait for the perfect solution, I was putting myself under a lot of pressure and getting overwhelmed with all of the ideas that were ping-ponging their way around my mind. By accepting ourselves, we are more likely to be in the best mindset and heart-set to change (Ben – Shahar 2009).

Success is not to be found in excellent project management alone, or even the best vision or solution to a problem. Executive coaching is informed by a broad range of theoretical frameworks ranging from cognitive to psychodynamic and solution-focused. All of these are success factors in professional settings.
As an engineer I always try to think of technology solutions to problems like this. Sometimes the simplest solution is the least obvious. I'm challenged by what you write, Penelope, about the longer term goals. I think I need to work into my list, some things for me, for my professional development, for my careergoals.
