I am completely unable to accomplish office politics and definite limit my time with other people for the reasons listed above. Last week at a breakfast networking event, I didn't recognize the woman sitting next to me…ack. I like that anticipation thing you and your team do – very smart! I assume the latter.

If I don't, and don't get those endorphins, then my whole schedule is off, and I get nothing accomplished, not to mention I am a miserable grouch! He may not be able to do this himself very easily so a good support network is very important. What if intead those millions in grant money had been given to occupational therapy clinics, private specialized clinics, one-on-one service providers, small autism-focused businesses, etc., or just to the parents themselves to allow them to buy more services and training?
