Her next stop was at FedEx Ground … here she was trained as a Gallup Strengths coach (everyone at FedEx was) … which further made her interested in coaching. After that training, she asked her boss if FedEx would pay for her to become certified as a coach. He agreed, and she enrolled at ICA in 2018.
