They prove to be good mentors. It signifies triumph and is a time to celebrate all the previous accomplishments. They prove to be great mentors for new employees and are a source of invaluable support to them. For example, employees may choose between electronics, work from home items, sports items, travel accessories, etc.
But they are, you know, responsible for mentoring and managing this, this new group of leaders, these Gen Zers are coming in. She has, she loves automatic bill pay, like electronic bill pay. Some may be leader by years of service, by age, by what they’ve accomplished, all those kinds of things.
Considering my skill set is all over the place – electronics, satellite comms, LANs/WANs, network security and a little programming – if I have to specialize it should obviously be in something that I might actually get hired for. How do you become disabled from being an electronic technician?
The constellation of symptoms includes “emotional exhaustion,” and a sense of “depersonalization,” accompanied by a “sense of reduced accomplishment.” How are public and private healthcare systems addressing the symptoms that define burnout: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and a sense of reduced accomplishment (Murthy, 2022)?
Eminently proud of your skills with the electronic tools other generations developed for you, while you simultaneously criticize their designers. I can't say I've ever observed X/Y criticizing the designers of electronics. Anyone recognize the irony? Maybe we just run in different circles. Criticizing Boomer parenting?

Have a non-electronic diversion with you. An old-fashioned book or magazine is good.
In every change in communication media from rock carvings to hieroglyphics to skins to scrolls to paper to electronic communications, I'm sure there was an explosion in the number of people who could communicate using a newer medium. Each successive medium made it cheaper to correct and revise. That's all.
