It can be anything from tuition to career training or mentoring. Total rewards programs are designed to accomplish two things: to attract the right people and motivate them to do their jobs efficiently. They'll search for companies that provide them with the most suitable health insurance and assurance of the best healthcare.
I'd like to add one idea from a mentor of mine, who led big organizations in both sectors. How much greater good would that have accomplished? That I didn't accomplish that goal is on me, for not being diligent enough to follow my initial vision to completion. No matter what happens, healthcare services are a necessity; deconstructionist discourses are not. I now refer all of my fellow Gen Y friends to this blog, for any issue they face. The best part?
