The Answer Is “Creative Leadership”. Drawing from my experience as a Learning and Development Leader, I find that promoting Creative Leadership within the organization is a challenging endeavor. To attract the right talent, creative leadership must embody these qualities and present an inspiring vision for the company’s future.
Inflexible individuals may struggle to navigate unexpected challenges or setbacks, lacking the resilience and creativity needed to find innovative solutions. This proactive approach not only enhances their ability to navigate uncertainty but also fosters creativity and innovation.
Additionally, learning how to apply creativity to the problem-solving process when resources are limited is crucial to guiding teams toward a positive outcome. Define the Framework for the Mentoring Program First and foremost, define what your organization aims to achieve with its mentoring program.
