Again, I was taught to do what was asked and to prioritize others’ interests over mine. Understanding these habits helps me revisit my underlying values and re-prioritize them for my career. This understanding will also help me coach my clients to see things in a different way.
Because I didn’t charge the aunt for the call and I have to stop telling people who are not really friends of mine that I will coach their relatives for free. I eat while I am on the phone and I tell myself that if I were my careercoach I’d say I need a job that doesn’t make me so anxious. The aunt says thank you.
Because of the very strong coaching aspect of capacity building, I decided to interview a colleague of mine, who is a capacity building specialist at my place of work. I found my conversation with her deeply illuminating both as a coach and as someone who sees herself as a leader interested in making an impact. I welcome both.
Career fulfillment is 100 percent subjective. Your level 10 satisfaction might look completely different from mine. Learn more about my careercoaching services here. In my work as a careercoach , I find there are several helpful resources that very few people take advantage of. A friend of mine has created a new networking site called Why Do You Do? Mentorship definitely falls on this list. It’s really a shame. Having a mentor can elevate your professional capabilities exponentially.

Perfect timing!
The first thing I noticed about shelter and stay is the dearth of adults to give my kids another point of view besides mine. Small businesses are failing faster than anyone ever imagined but my careercoaching business is great because everyone has to make a new plan for their career. I am so lucky.
