Did your first quarter fly by like mine? Between kicking off my 2024 cohort of Career Command Four-Month Shift, helping all of my news clients remind themselves of who they are and matching up the right roles to their gifts, and starting my new community – Career Connections – it’s been a bit of a whirlwind.
Habit 5 is to put your job before your career. Again, I was taught to do what was asked and to prioritize others’ interests over mine. Understanding these habits helps me revisit my underlying values and re-prioritize them for my career. This understanding will also help me coach my clients to see things in a different way.
They can help you set and achieve careergoals , make smart business decisions, overcome workplace challenges , learn new skills or simply offer an outside perspective when you’re facing frustrations at work. A friend of mine has created a new networking site called Why Do You Do? The benefits are truly endless.

Even small not for profits usually have posted org.
And I totally relate to your desire to wake up every day and spend a nice long chunk of time at Starbucks…that just became a careergoal of mine. I maintain that I'll be barefoot at mine, but thats a whole 'nother issue. That makes me happy for you. All my best!! xo hope to see pics!

You do it your way…I'll do it mine, and let's refrain from bashing others' because we don't like the layout or style they choose to use or the topic or thought they decide to post that day. You really need a broadcast outlet for pursuing your careergoals. Thanks for repeating this valuable insight.
