As a Gen-Y who stopped going to college I found that real life experiences, networks and self education were more important and vital than a college education for my career track. Maybe colleges should start sending their career center employees out to recruit applicants. Colleges generally do not staff career centers well.
I tend not to think about my careerpath. Not only was it not OTT, it was mature, kind & mentor-y.
