As I learned more about ICA , I asked my recruiter for an ICA graduate I could speak with about both the industry and ICA as a school to attend. I was excited to ask about her careerpath, advice for coaches starting in the profession, the “real-world” structure of sessions, assessment tools, and in-house coaching at larger institutions.

I work for a non-profit in my chosen careerpath & although I know I'm doing a lot of good I can't help but feel like it would be easier to call it quits and take up a job at the local grocery store so I can have insurance. I'm at a dead end until I gain some skills or education in another field!

So ask your career center for input on your resume, but don’t let them dictate structure to you. Career centers don’t understand social media. Most people get jobs from their network, not from a career center. And social media is the fastest, most effective way for you to build a network.
Write about how to find autonomy at work, about the farmer, about how to network and build a community. Include a new feature (rather than a group/network) where people ask questions and you answer them and also allow other users to comment on them with their input. I tend not to think about my careerpath. Write more.
