Here’s what mine says: I pledge that I will use my power to make today a fantastic day. I will block writing time on my calendar, and I will honor that time commitment and hold it as sacred, creative time. I pledge that I will not allow my negative voice to guide my thinking or stop my creative process.
Why creativity is so important for our collective futures. The talk undoubtedly inspired me to see creative education as paramount for our children and confirmed to me that the education system we have at the moment was built to serve the purposes of the industrial and colonial past. We get educated out of our creative tendencies.
They are MY expectations, as I am the one to own and manage them, to meet and fulfill them, or to assess if it’s time for them to be re-calibrated or adjusted.
The starting point of this coaching relationship is your desire to change something – getting outside of the busy life and taking more control of yourself, and your time, making you a happier and fulfilled person, after your interpretation of happier and fulfilled, not mine, not your partner’s and not of the people around us.
Anyone who: responds well to visual reminders and motivation wants to try something new and creative is looking to develop a visual plan toward a goal needs reminding that life is twists and turns, and that’s ok Clients: looking to get ideas out of your head as a check-in and to keep on track to remember your why to see and celebrate your progress (..)

Sir Ken Robinson’s talk from TED2006, “ Ken Robinson says schools kill creativity ,” is truly a juggernaut. He has so much creative intelligence, that we’re going to do some serious banking. This is the talk examined in today’s TED Weekends on the Huffington Post , exploring the idea of Creative IQ. Right, Matt?
He remarked, “ We seem content to dig for coal in a gold mine.” The small yet alarming ‘canary in the coal mine’ was that consumer tastes were moving, the way this commodity would be consumed was evolving, and with it a change in the rules of the game. It's a dangerous fantasy that’s blocking your creativity. It's dangerous because it suggests that the essence of creativity lies in an intangible idea - which is somehow already safe and sound inside us, with no use-by date.
