Unlike past generations, who focused primarily on hard skills, today’s job seekers must present their whole selves during interviews. I use elements and methodologies of DesignThinking and Ikigai. Methodology I utilized elements from the DesignThinking methodology, the Ikigai concept, and various ICF coaching tools.
