Unlike past generations, who focused primarily on hard skills, today’s job seekers must present their whole selves during interviews. I use elements and methodologies of DesignThinking and Ikigai. Methodology I utilized elements from the DesignThinking methodology, the Ikigai concept, and various ICF coaching tools.
Having worked with DesignThinking for fifteen years, I firmly believe that this methodology can also be applied in coaching. However, these aspects are crucial, as individuals present their whole selves during interviews and in the workplace, rather than just a portion of their capabilities.
