In such a world with changes and uncertainties, many young people are struggling, stressed, and find themselves lost at the crossroads with a very ambiguous future. The career journey is no longer a straight road like our parents might define.
We have just published a new article in the Nordic Journal of Transitions, Careers and Guidance. In the article my colleagues Sikin, Ingrid and I explore how practitioners understand and relate to the concept of integrated guidance. We used a Q-method approach to examine this issue, which was methodologically new ground for me, so thanks to Sikin for introducing us to this.
