Crafting an employee recognition letter is more than just acknowledging tasks; it's about celebrating the human spirit behind the effort.

What’s the Problem? During the course of my career in organizational psychology, change, and leadership development I have observed many senior managers’ and C-suite executives’ determination to achieve big ambitious goals, often over a long period or against difficulties, resistance, or opposition. “Problem-solving” is one of the most overused and least understood phrases in the business world. When many people talk about solving problems, they are rarely talking about a problem-solving process. Instead, they are talking about making the problem disappear, regardless of their own ability to actually “solve” the underlying problem. Consider this example: Imagine you want to get a single apple from a tree.
With so much going on and with more things competing for our attention, keeping track of time is more critical than ever when it comes to business. But let’s be honest, implementing a new time-tracking system can feel daunting.

With the increased interest in reskilling and upskilling existing workforces, companies are looking for more training and development content and realizing that higher education has a lot to offer.
