I followed my son around all day with spoonfuls of butter, and I kept him out of the hospital until a feeding therapist could force-feed him other high-fat content foods, like, ice cream and French fries. He is still skinny as dental floss, and won't eat pizza, soda pop, mixed foods, spicy goo, or fatty meat. I was shocked.

For starters I would recommend Country Life Daily Total One take 1 or 2 in the morning with some food. I could suggest other vitamins but hope you start with these are a good multi vitamin, not Centrum, but if you are unable to find a good health food store or order online then I guess you will have to take Centrum (take at least 3).
