Next step: Start milking your significant other's network of contacts since they are already impressed with you. Diamonds, real estate, and stocks are girls' best friends, not flowers. Send the flowers to your significant others’ workplace. Your will be a better manager. Men give flowers at work, too.

I started working from home once I started in the real estate business and thought that i could get a lot of stuff done, but with my daughters coming home and wanting to play with their Dad, it was hard for me to not want to spend that quality time with them and this affected my workflow.
